New Release! Scorpion A-74 Series (V2)
In 2023 Scorpion released the largest airplane motors we have ever produced. The Scorpion A-7441 and A-7445. The motors were for Giant Scale Airplanes / UAVs which needed 120cc - 176cc gas equivalent power.
After being very well recieved on the market, providing amazing power, cool running, quiet operation, and convinient electric power to many customers, we have decided to expand the A-74 series line up to include more sizes, and more KV options to ensure there is a motor suited for your exact application, whatever it may be.
The new sizes and KVs are generally for the following applications
A-7430-155kv
- 12s Lipo / 27" - 28" prop / 100cc gas equivalent power / Lower power option for 120cc airframes
- 14s Lipo / 25"-26" prop / 85cc gas equivalent power / Ultra High power option for 70cc - 85cc airframes
A-7430-185kv
- 12s Lipo / 25"-26" prop / 85cc gas equivalent power / High power option for 70cc - 85cc airframes
A-7441-165kv
- 12s Lipo / 28" - 30" prop / 100cc-120cc gas equivalent power / efficiecnt power option for 120cc airframes
- 14s Lipo / 27" - 28" prop / 120cc gas equivalent power / Ultra High power option for 120cc airframes
A-7441-180kv
- 12s Lipo / 28" - 29" prop / 120cc gas equivalent power / High power option for 120cc airframes
A-7445-140kv
- 12s Lipo / 31"-33" prop / 150cc gas equivalent power / Efficiecnt Power option for 150cc airframes
- 14s Lipo / 30" - 32" prop / 170cc gas equivalent power / Ultra High Power option for 150cc - 176cc airframes

Further we have now released the V2 version which has updated propeller mounting scheme. The CNC rotor of all A-74 motors is identical, and we have various bolt on propeller hubs for various application. There are currently 3 options.
4 x M5x30mm Diameter (equivalent to normal 50cc-76cc gas engine)
6x M5x29mm Diameter (equivalent to normal 100cc-126cc gas engine)
6x M5x34mm Diameter (equivalent to normal 150cc-176cc gas engine)
Each motor comes stock with one propeller hub, most commonly suited for the size application it is used in. But if needed, then all propeller hubs can be purchased seperatly as accessory part, and interchanged as needed.
